As part of our preparations for the new academic year, the 2026–2027 Pre-Academic Year Teacher Training Programme was held on 15–16 September 2026. Over the two-day programme, our teachers participated in a range of interactive sessions focusing on classroom practices, teaching approaches, and strategies for promoting student engagement.
The programme covered practical activities designed to enhance classroom energy and student participation, approaches to teaching pronunciation and phonology, creative activities to develop students’ speaking skills, and methods for supporting academic writing. The programme also included a sample lesson followed by an analysis and feedback session.
The training provided an opportunity for our teachers to share their experiences and ideas, reflect on their teaching practices, and prepare for the new academic year together. We look forward to continuing to learn and grow together with our teachers.
