On Friday, December 6, 2024, the Foreign Languages Department hosted an insightful presentation delivered by our esteemed colleagues, Gülnara Seitkasieva and Bülent Özhim. The session focused on some of the common chalenges that English as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers frequently encounter, with particular emphasis on motivation and burnout—two critical issues that have been affecting educators worldwide.
During the presentation, practical strategies and coping mechanisms were discussed to address these chalenges effectively. The session was marked by the active engagement, keen interest, and valuable participation of the attendees. The dynamic exchange of ideas and experiences contributed to a highly productive and enriching discussion.
